They re-made and shipped a few letters I had broken and after installing them myself my sign is back to working condition! Great customer service and support!

They were PHENOMENAL to work with!! I worked with Suzie C. and she was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the multiple changes, adding a second sign, color changes/confirming and the signs turned out impeccable!!!! Would definitely use them for any future neon signs!!!!

I have only had the product for a week, but so far I absolutely love it! It is EXACTLY what I created with the app and appears in person the very same. It arrived safely, being well packed, and operates as advertised. I was very surprised that it even came with a remote control that has all kinds of lighting features and settings.
