Most custom LED neon signs cost between $350 and $1,400, and the size of the sign decides most of that. Below are the actual prices we quoted over the last three months, by width, so you can see where your sign is likely to land before you ask.

A few things worth knowing when you read the table:
- Width is the number that matters. A sign is priced on how much LED tube it takes to make, and width is the best single predictor of that. Height follows your design's proportions.
- Detail costs more than size. A 36-inch script word uses far less tube than a 36-inch logo with an illustration in it. That is why the 36 to 47 inch band stretches from $520 to $960.
- Small signs are not always cheap. Under 24 inches there is a floor: some designs cannot be made smaller than a certain width because the tube has a minimum bend radius. We will tell you the smallest size your design can be made at.
- Color count does not change the price. One color or five, the price is the same. Color-changing RGB signs are the exception: the tube is thicker, so the sign has to be larger and costs more at the same width.

Why prices differ so much between neon sign companies
If you have collected a few quotes, you have probably seen the same sign priced anywhere from $300 to $900. Four things explain most of the gap:
- What is bundled. Some quotes leave out shipping, the dimmer, the power supply or the mounting kit and add them at checkout. Ours include all of them.
- Tube and backing quality. Thinner tube and thin backings are cheaper to make. We use 6 mm or 8 mm tube on a clear contour-cut acrylic backing as standard.
- Warranty length. A 2-year warranty costs the maker more than a 1-year warranty because more signs get replaced. The price reflects that.
- Who you are talking to. Marketplace sellers and drop-shippers add a margin on top of the factory. We have made signs to order since 2014, for 40,000 customers and brands like American Eagle, Delta and Bacardi, and we quote directly.

Does the price include shipping?
Yes. Every custom quote includes express shipping to your door in the US and Canada. International shipping is included too; import duties, where they apply, are paid by the customer.
Why can't my sign be made smaller to save money?
LED tube has a minimum bend radius. Below a certain width, letters and shapes lose their form. We will always tell you the smallest size your design can be made at, and price that size.
