Your sign arrives in 7-10 business days after placing your order.
We also offer rush production service for a fee and 2 days or overnight expedited shipping services. Please contact us for more info if you have a rush order.

Each custom sign includes; mounting hardware, dimmer with remote control and a power supply.
Will my sign look exactly like the preview?

The preview shown when using the Customizer app to design your neon sign is a general representation only. The neon tube will follow the general shape of the font you choose, but may not be exact. The LED tube is a consistent thickness, so if the font you choose has parts that are ticker than others the neon tube will not follow those thickness changes. The two standard tube sizes we use are 6mm and 8mm. The colors shown are best representations only and may look different in real life. The sign will also have an acrylic backing and a power cord, which is not shown in the preview. Please see images lower down this page for examples.

Yes! Each sign comes with a 2-year warranty.
How do I hang my custom sign?

All signs come with pre-drilled holes and hardware for easy mounting.
We can also provide ceiling hanging kits, standoffs and freestanding stands. Please contact our Customer Service team to request specific mounting solutions for your needs.
You can also use adhesive strips like 3M Command Strips for non-permanent mounting.

Our standard power supply plugs into a normal power outlet that you would find in any home or business. The power supply has a 12 volt output. And can accept 100-240 volt input. We also offer hard wired power supplies if you wish to hard wire your sign into a switch. Hard wired power supplies require installation by an electrician.
What size of LED tube do you use?
What size of LED tube do you use?
The standard LED tube thickness is 6mm and 8mm. We also offer 12mm thickness. If you want your sign to use a specific LED tube thickness please let your custom rep know when placing your order. Signs made with our customizer will be made with 6mm or 8mm LED tube.

Yes, all signs are produced with UL certified electrical components.

What's In The Box?

- 2. A remote to dim your sign and turn it on and off.
- 3. If you've chosen the color changing option for your sign it will come with this remote.
- 4. Screws and anchors to mount your sign on the wall.
- 5. Not included with your sign but very useful to use if you want to mount your sign without doing damage to your wall or if you do not have tools, 3M Command Strips, can be purchased here.

Your sign arrives ready to put up on the wall. The box your sign arrives includes your new sign, a power supply to light up your sign, a remote control that allows you to turn your sign on and off and also control the brightness level.
