What to expect
Will it look like the preview?
The preview is a close representation, not a photo of the finished sign. A few things to know:
- Tube follows the font's shape, but LED tube is one consistent thickness (6mm or 8mm), so thick-and-thin strokes come out even.
- Colors are best representations. Real neon is brighter and can read slightly different in daylight.
- Clear acrylic backing and a power cord aren't shown in the preview; the sign arrives on a backing cut to the shape you chose.
- Sizes: the image here shows our standard sizes side by side so you can picture it on your wall. Very large signs ship in two or more pieces.

Pre-drilled holes and hardware are included for easy wall mounting. Ceiling hanging kits, standoffs and freestanding stands are available in the Mounting step. For no-damage mounting, 3M Command Strips work well.

The standard power supply plugs into a normal outlet in any home or business (100–240 V input, 12 V output). A hard-wired power supply is available in the Power Supply step if you want the sign on a wall switch; it needs an electrician to install.

Signs made in the Customizer use 6mm or 8mm tube, chosen to suit the font and size. 12mm is available on quoted custom signs.
