How long does production take?

Mass production times vary by quantity and production capacity at the time the order is placed.

10-50 pieces can be produced in 2 weeks.

100-200 pieces is 2-3 weeks.

300-500 pieces in 25-30 days.

1000+pieces is 35-45 days.

What type of products can you produce?

We can mass-produce any type of illuminated signage. If you see a photo of it on the Internet, we can make it. Simply send us your design and an example image of the type of signage you'd like to have made and we will get you a quote.

Logistics

What countries do you ship to?

We bulk orders ship world wide.

How long will my shipment take?

Express shipments take 5-7 days by UPS, Fedex, DHL.

Air freight shipments take approximately 15 days.

Ocean freight shipments range from 30 to 55 days.

Do I need to arrange shipping?

Neon Mfg. will handle shipping for your order, door to door, f you do not have an established shipping partner.

If your company already works with a logistics partner we can deliver your shipment to their warehouse or they can pick the shipment up at our factory.

Samples

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide samples.Samples are completed within a week and shipped by express.

Do I have to pay for samples?

We charge you for the sample and shipping. If you move forward with your mass-production order we will discount the sample price from your invoice.

Warranty

Is there a warranty on bulk orders?

Yes, bulk orders and wholesale orders have a standard 1 year warranty on manufactures defects and electrical components.
