How long does production take?
Mass-production times vary by quantity and capacity at the time of order. As a guide: 10–50 pieces in 2 weeks, 100–200 pieces in 2–3 weeks, 300–500 pieces in 25–30 days, 1,000+ pieces in 35–45 days.

Express shipments take 5–7 days by UPS, FedEx or DHL. Air freight is about 15 days. Ocean freight ranges from 30 to 55 days.

No. Neon Mfg. handles shipping door to door if you don't have an established shipping partner. If you already work with a logistics partner we can deliver to their warehouse, or they can collect at our factory.

Yes. Samples are completed within a week and shipped express.

We charge for the sample and shipping. If you go ahead with the production order, the sample price is deducted from your invoice.

Yes. Bulk and wholesale orders carry a standard 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects and electrical components.
