Shipping policy
Express shipping is included on every sign. We ship by DHL Express, UPS or FedEx, with tracking emailed the day your sign leaves.
Timing. Most signs arrive 10 to 12 days after your order is paid. Production starts the same day we receive payment and takes about a week; express shipping takes 2 to 5 days depending on where you are. Large signs that ship by freight can take a few days longer, and we tell you before you pay if yours will.
Need it sooner? Rush production is available on most LED signs for $150. Ask for it in your quote or at checkout and we will confirm the delivery date before you pay.
Where we ship. LED neon signs ship worldwide, with the right power plug for your country. Glass neon signs are fragile and ship within the US and Canada only.
Duties and taxes. Orders shipped outside the US and Canada may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. Those are set by your government and are not included in our price. The courier will contact you if anything is owed.
Tracking. Every order ships with a tracking number. You can also check your order's status on our .
Damaged in transit? Every sign is packed in a foam-lined box and insured. If it arrives damaged, email photos of the sign and the box to info@neonmfg.com within 7 days and we will remake the damaged parts at no cost.
