#YesNeonMfg Terms & Conditions

By responding #YesNeonMfg to our message, you give your permission to Russell Jones Mfg. Inc. (DBA: “Neon Mfg.”) to use the photographs, comments, and other content posted on your social media account (“Content”). Your response will indicate that you accept these terms.

Under these terms, you grant Neon Mfg. a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, non-transferable, perpetual licence to use, modify, edit, create derivative works from your Content, and publicly display and reproduce it in any media format, including on our online platforms, royalty-free and without compensation.

You confirm the following:

• You are over the age of 18.
• Each identifiable individual depicted in a photo included in your Content has consented to the photo being shared publicly and without restriction.
• You are not aware of any restrictions that prevent you from agreeing to these terms.
• You created and own all rights in your social media content or your are authorized by the owner of those rights to license your social media content to Neon Mfg. under these terms.
• Neon Mfg.’s use of your Content will not, to the best of your knowledge, violate any law, and will not infringe any rights of a third party.
• You will not seek to hold Neon Mfg., or any person acting on Neon Mfg.’s behalf, responsible for any demands by a third party related to our use of your Content.

This license is permissive – Neon Mfg. may use your Content but is not obliged to. We are not required to inform you if we use it, how we use it, or if we stop using it. If Neon Mfg. uses your Content, we may or may not credit your username on the social media platform on which you posted it.

You consent to Neon Mfg. disclosing your identity, including your social media platform username, to a third party who makes a credible allegation that our use of your Content violates any of their rights.

If you change your mind about sharing your Content with Neon Mfg., you may revoke the license you are giving us under these terms. To do so, send an email with your username on the platform(s) on which we contacted you to info@neonmfg.com and its related companies will remove your Content from our online platforms within 45 days of receiving your request. From the date we receive your request, we will not produce any new materials containing your Content. You acknowledge (i) that Neon Mfg. may continue to use and distribute materials already produced at the time we receive your request and (ii) Neon Mfg. is not required to recall any material containing your Content in circulation.

Neon Mfg. may change these terms at any time by sending a message to your username on the social media platform where you posted your Content.
