What we make

  • Custom LED neon signs from a logo, sketch, photo or description: text, logos, artwork, UV-printed graphic backgrounds with neon on top, animated signs, RGB colour-changing, IP67 waterproof outdoor signs.
  • Real glass neon (hand-bent, 12 mm tube), including animated glass. Glass ships within the USA and Canada only.
  • Other illuminated signage: backlit logos, light boxes, acrylic signs, channel letters and similar, quoted on request.
  • LED tube thickness 6 mm or 8 mm standard, 12 mm available. UL-certified electrical components on every sign; full UL certification available on request. Standard plug-in 12 V power supply (100–240 V input); hard-wired power supplies available.
  • Every sign ships with a power supply, remote dimmer, pre-drilled holes and mounting hardware. Standoffs, hanging kits, stands and non-permanent mounting available.
  • Sizes from desktop pieces to signs over 50 feet wide (large signs ship in sections).

Prices (USD)

  • Custom signs are priced from size and complexity. Typical custom quotes: 24–36 inches wide from $300; 36 inches from $600; 48 inches and wider from $900. Most custom signs land between $300 and $900.
  • Custom quotes are 25% off regular price. Text-only signs built in the Customizer are 50% off, with an extra 10% off when ordering two or more.
  • Pre-designed signs start around $50. Many are under $200.
  • Quotes are free and include a design proof. No payment is taken until you approve the proof and receive an invoice.
  • If a competitor quotes less for the same sign, send us their official quote and we will beat it.
  • Payment: major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay (including Shop Pay Installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Prices in USD; CAD available from the currency selector.

How ordering works

  1. Request a quote at neonmfg.com/pages/custom-neon-signs (upload a file or describe the sign), or build a text sign with live pricing in the Customizer at neonmfg.com/pages/custom-neon-sign-designer.
  2. A real person reviews the design and replies by email within one business day with a price and a lit design proof.
  3. Approve the proof, pay the invoice, and production starts the same day.
  4. Delivery is about 10–12 days from order to door, including production and free express shipping (UPS, FedEx or DHL Express, 3–5 day service). Rush production and 2-day or overnight shipping upgrades are available; we can get a custom sign to you within a week.

Warranty, shipping and returns

  • 2-year warranty on every sign, including custom signs: replacement parts or a replacement sign as needed. Bulk and wholesale orders (10 or more signs) carry a 1-year warranty.
  • Damaged in transit: send photos of the sign and packaging and a replacement ships right away.
  • Free express shipping on every order. LED signs ship worldwide; glass neon ships to the USA and Canada only. Customers outside the USA are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
  • Custom signs are final sale. Pre-designed full-price items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Typical LED lifespan is about 50,000 hours.
