      Neon sign is easy to set up and looks great! If you have any issues their customer service is awesome and very responsive!

      I got this wave neon sign pictured above and it worked well for a couple of weeks then only parts of the sign would light up. I emailed them about this and got the answer: "neon can be a bit finicky, try gently wiggling the sign at the base and it should light up." I tried this and the sign was able to work well for a few more weeks and then it stopped working completely. I had a close family friend (who is also an electrical engineer) take it apart. Per his review, it has a really cheap power supply and when he opened up the base of the sign he saw evidence of corrosion at the contact points and on other electrical components. It is now past the warranty of me returning the sign and I have learned my lesson!!

Per his review, the sign has a very cheap power supply and he could see corrosion between the contact points of the sign and many other electrical components. It is now past the point of the warranty of returning the sign and I have learned my lesson!! I will not be buying from this company again and I will make sure to do diligent research before making another purchase of this nature.
