- All custom neon signs are made in and shipped from the USA. LED signs are made and in shipped from China.
- LED signs ship world wide, with a proper power plug for your region.
Your custom sign will be hand crafted and shipped out within 10 - 12 business days after your order is placed. Shipping normally takes about 2-5 days. We also offer 3-5 day rush production service (neon signs only) , and UPS shipping can be upgraded too. Signs too large for UPS are shipped freight. LED signs are shipped by DHL express. - Each sign comes with a 1-year warranty on electrical components.
- Each custom neon or LED sign includes; mounting hardware and/or hanging chains, a 6 foot power cord, and a 110 volt transformer.
